Important stay information
- Arrival from 4:00 p.m. · Departure before 10:00 a.m. (daily). Flight times are considered when possible but cannot be guaranteed — book an extra night for guaranteed early/late access.
- Check-in/out 20:00–22:00: €50 surcharge · 22:00–00:00: €75 · 00:00–08:00 only by prior request.
- Energy: weekly rent includes power up to 75 kWh; above that €0.35/kWh (excl. VAT) deducted from the deposit.
- Pool heating: €10/day in colder months if arranged at least 3 days before arrival.
- Winter monthly rate: 2 months minimum, 2 guests, November–March only.
- Pets not allowed · Smoking not allowed inside.
