1. Booking and confirmation

A reservation is only final after written confirmation from Villa Bella Sol.

Quoted rates, included services and house rules are confirmed for the specific stay period.

2. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise.

Additional costs (for example cleaning, reservation fee, deposit, optional extras) are communicated before confirmation.

3. Deposit and damages

A security deposit may be required before arrival.

Documented damage, loss, exceptional cleaning or policy breaches may be deducted from the deposit in line with agreed terms.

4. Check-in and check-out

Standard arrival and departure times are stated on the availability/booking information pages.

Late or early check-in/out may incur surcharges when applicable and must be agreed in advance.

5. Guest responsibilities

Guests must follow occupancy limits, local regulations and house rules.

The main booker is responsible for all members of the party and visitors during the stay.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change conditions depend on season, length of stay and rate type, and are provided during booking confirmation.

Any refund or charge follows the written cancellation terms agreed for that reservation.

7. Liability

Villa Bella Sol is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Guests remain responsible for personal travel insurance, health coverage and personal belongings.
