Villa Bella Sol — space to live well
Villa Bella Sol is an idyllic holiday home in Benijófar on the Costa Blanca — completed in 2024 with a west-facing private pool, large terrace and sunsets to remember.
The villa blends calm with easy access to daily life: supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants are close by, including Dutch-speaking doctors for peace of mind. Golf, tennis and water parks are nearby; Alicante, Altea, Benidorm and Torrevieja add nightlife and shopping when you want a change of scene.
Costa Blanca cuisine — think paella and arroz a banda — matches a mild Mediterranean climate suited to almost any season. Benijófar lies about 48 km from Alicante Airport, and you can start your stay on any weekday to pair with the best flight deals.
Weekly rates include energy use up to 75 kWh; consumption above that is charged at €0.35 per kWh (excl. VAT) against the deposit. Pool heating is available in cooler months at €10 per day if arranged at least three days before arrival (allow time for the water to warm).
Winter long-stay pricing applies November–March: minimum two months and based on two guests. Standard arrival is from 4:00 p.m. and departure before 10:00 a.m.; surcharges apply for check-in/out between 20:00–22:00 (€50), 22:00–00:00 (€75), and midnight–8:00 a.m. only by prior agreement. Airport transfers and hire cars can be quoted on request.
